When will I receive my StowPro?
During the pre‑order period, StowPro ships in about 2 weeks from the time you place your order. After it leaves our facility in Illinois, most customers in the continental U.S. receive delivery within a few business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all StowPro orders within the continental United States.

What is your return policy and 105% Money‑Back Guarantee?
If you’re not satisfied, you can return an unused, undamaged StowPro in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Eligible returns receive 100% of the product price (plus tax) back to the original payment method and an additional 5% of the product price as store credit. See our full policy for details.

How does the lifetime warranty work?
StowPro is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship, plus five years of rust‑through coverage on the steel structure. If an issue arises under normal use, we will repair or replace the product according to the warranty terms.

How do I submit a warranty claim?
Email us at support@bairdbuilt.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem. If the claim appears to be covered, we’ll send a prepaid return label and box (in the continental U.S.), inspect the product, and then repair or replace it.

What if my order never arrives or arrives damaged?
First, check your shipping confirmation email for tracking details. If tracking shows an issue or your order arrives damaged, email support@bairdbuilt.com with your order number, name, address, and photos (for damage). We’ll work with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Does StowPro fit all Denago carts?
StowPro is designed for Denago carts with all forward‑facing seats. Check the fitment information on the product page, or contact us with your model details if you’re unsure.

Can I store cargo underneath StowPro while the rear seat is attached?
Yes. StowPro is engineered to haul cargo on top and underneath the front edge while the rear seat remains attached and usable. The seat can stay in place without hindering access to or function of the lower storage area.

Can I leave StowPro on my cart in all weather conditions?
Yes. StowPro is built from heavy‑duty American steel and finished with a matte black, UV‑resistant textured powder coat designed for all‑weather outdoor use.

Can I wash my cart with StowPro installed?
Yes. StowPro includes strategically placed drain holes in each corner so water and debris can escape easily. You can wash your cart with StowPro mounted and rinse the carrier out at the same time.

How much weight can StowPro carry?
StowPro is engineered to support substantial everyday loads while working within the strength limits of your Denago cart. Refer to the product specifications for the recommended weight capacity, and never exceed your cart manufacturer’s rated limits.

What tools do I need to install StowPro?
All required hardware and tools are included in the box. You’ll use four bolts to attach the legs to the main body, then mount StowPro to the cart using quick‑connect pins. No special equipment or fabrication needed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Shopify’s secure checkout, which supports major credit/debit cards and digital wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (availability may vary).

Is your site secure?
Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, a Level 1 PCI DSS–compliant platform. Your payment details are encrypted, and we do not share your personal information with third parties except as needed to process your order or comply with the law.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
