Shipping Policy – Day Trip Cart Mods (StowPro)

Day Trip Cart Mods offers complimentary standard shipping on all StowPro orders within the continental United States. Pre‑order units are expected to ship within about 2 weeks of purchase; once in regular stock, most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most customers receive their shipment within a few business days after it leaves our facility in Illinois. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

StowPro is backed by a 105% money‑back guarantee because we believe you’ll love it. If you’re not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of delivery, return StowPro unused and in its original packaging and we will:

• Refund 100% of your product purchase price, plus

• Issue an additional 5% of the product price as store credit toward a future Day Trip Cart Mods purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@bairdbuilt.com with your order number and reason for the return. After verification, we’ll email a return label and instructions. Refunds and store credits are issued promptly after the item is received and inspected. Returns requested after 30 days may be eligible for store credit only, at our discretion.

If your order arrives damaged or appears defective, email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We handle these cases individually and will work with you to repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. Day Trip Cart Mods reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions or are sent without prior authorization.
